Below we have listed our top choices for spending Christmas in the snow, whatever your budget. Unless otherwise stated, prices are based per apartment for seven nights on an accommodation only basis:

Budget – Residence Maeva La Rivière, Chamonix
7 nights in a studio apartment sleeping four is priced at £436 (previously £545) *

This traditional wooden-clad residence is located just five minutes by foot from the restaurants, shops and resort facilities of Chamonix. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is also located just 300m away from the residence from where there is also direct access to the ski slopes. The recently refurbished, fully furnished apartments all feature a balcony.

Mid-range – La Daille Soleil, Val d’Isère

Located in the quiet area of La Daille, this south-facing residence enjoys long hours of sunshine and great facilities.
