tmnxt Becomes First monday.com Platinum Partner for Germany

tmnxt Becomes First monday.com Platinum Partner for Germany

Berlin – 23/06/21 – tmnxt, a consulting and implementation expert for individual software solutions, has become the first Platinum Partner of the Work OS platform monday.com for Germany. Achieving the official certification to become the first Platinum Partner for monday.com in Germany marks a special milestone in the still-young history of tmnxt, one that celebrates the company’s goal of generating sustainable partnerships with the world’s leading SaaS companies.

The Beginning of the monday.com Partnership
The exciting journey of tmnxt started in November 2019 in Berlin as a fast-growing business unit of the leading Atlassian partner in the German-speaking region, demicon GmbH. The monday.com team approached DEMICON to lead its efforts in DACH, and from the very beginning, it was clear that the partnership was a match made in heaven.

The DEMICON team saw enormous potential in the monday.com platform to reshape the future of digital teams and work. For monday.com, the broad experience and technology expertise of DEMICON was a crucial reason to officially seal the strategic partnership as soon as possible.

“I would never have dreamed that a little more than one year later this would turn into our own brand tmnxt, as the leading Platinum Partner of monday.com in the DACH region with a customer base of more than 100 customers,” says tmnxt Business Unit Lead, Dmitry Rasin. “As the first and initially only monday.com expert at DEMICON”, Dmitry Rasin began rolling out the monday.com initiative at DEMICON.

However, with a leading software vendor as the first major German key account, the newly established monday.com business quickly took off. Maria Tolle joined the sales team as a valuable asset to meet the exponentially increasing demand for monday.com consulting and implementation.

monday.com Hackathon a Catalyst for the tmnxt Software Development Team
Another turning point was the monday.com partner app hackathon in May 2020. Dmitry Rasin immediately saw the potential of the monday.com app marketplace.

So for the very first monday.com hackathon, Rasin gathered a team of developers internally, who successfully developed the first “Burndown Chart App” specifically for monday.com. “To be able to offer fundamentally flexible app solutions and integrations to demanding customers, we need a dedicated developer team within the monday.com business unit,” explained Rasin after the hackathon. With the dynamic development of the new business unit within DEMICON and additional team growth, it was time to give it an official name. Here, the brand tmnxt was born. As a new member of the tmnxt team, Alina Benze took the lead in the intensive process of brand development, the website relaunch, and the development of further communication channels.

The monday.com Community as a Matter of Importance But this was not all that the tmnxt team got up and running within 2020. In early December, about one year after the official launch of the monday.com partnership, the new German-speaking monday.com community was launched as a joint initiative between the tmnxt and monday.com teams. tmnxt manages and develops this new platform as a network for personal exchange between German-speaking monday.com users. In addition to an online forum for daily conversations and interaction, tmnxt organizes digital community events once a quarter. During these sessions, carefully selected speakers discuss exciting topics that enable users to improve their daily work with monday.com.

The Last Steps Towards the monday.com Platinum Partnership
In January 2021, the tmnxt team demonstrated its extensive product, process, and consulting know-how of monday.com by mastering the newly introduced monday.com Partner certification. “Receiving the official Partner badge from our Channel Manager Jagjeet Bewas was a very special moment. We are mighty proud of the whole team, and above all, full of energy and motivation to continue this success story,” affirms Dmitry Rasin. “Our partnership with tmnxt is an important step in monday.com’s growth in the DACH market,” said Jagjeet Bewas, Channel Manager, monday.com. “Through this partnership, we aim to better align with our customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions. It is a crucial part of our effort to establish and increase the footprint we have in Germany, and we’re excited to collaborate with tmnxt, our first Platinum Partner in the region.”

Things are continuously moving forward for tmnxt with the team growing steadily.
