The new solutions will be showcased at the forthcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 14th-17th.
With the increase in use of mobiles for transactions, cVidya’s solution for Mobile Payments addresses the key concerns of CSPs and financial institutions as well as their customers. It covers issues such as revenue leakages, credit-balance mismatch at the accounts level, reporting discrepancies, overpayments, lost transactions, inaccurate adjustments, as well as irregular or suspicious service activities such as fraud (both internal and external) and theft.

Both solutions detect and prevent revenue leakages and fraudulent activities and automatically update the service platform to stop illegal or harmful activities. They provide an investigation environment for both revenue assurance and fraud teams and intuitive, user customized dashboards that present drill down to the root cause or problems, predefined and ad-hoc reports as well as immediate notifications of alerts to relevant personnel.
