Norwegian AI Startup Aida Makes Waves at UK Business Expos

Oslo, Norway, 07.05.2025 – Fresh off its beta launch, Norwegian AI growth platform Aida made a memorable debut on the UK business scene last month, exhibiting at two major events: the Hashtag Edinburgh Business Expo and the FSB AI Business Bootcamp in St. Helens, near Manchester.

The Oslo-based company, founded by Øyvind Harjo, Suzie Webb and Jie Li, showcased its brand-safe, designer-led AI tool at both events, drawing attention from over 240 business leaders, founders, and marketing professionals across the two venues. With its focus on organic content creation and campaign planning, Aida’s mission to help small teams and agencies grow efficiently resonated deeply with the audience.

“These events gave us more than visibility—they gave us validation,” said Suzie Webb, Co-Founder of Aida. “Hearing feedback like ‘You’re looking into the future’ or ‘I signed up just because of your keynote’ reminded us why we started building this two years ago.”

Aida’s booth remained busy throughout both expos. The team engaged with a mix of small business owners, agency leaders, and tech-forward marketers, many of whom were actively seeking tools to scale content operations without sacrificing creativity or brand control.

“We were genuinely overwhelmed by the positive energy,” added Suzie Webb, Co-Founder and Head of Brand at Aida. “People appreciated that Aida isn’t just another automation platform—it’s built with design thinking at its core, and that matters when brand identity is everything.”

The Federation of Small Businesses UK, which hosted the AI Business Bootcamp, also expressed enthusiasm:

“We’re thrilled to have had Aida on board. The feedback we received was excellent, and their presence brought real value to our event.”

Aida, now in active beta testing, is inviting early users to shape the platform’s future. With integrations for META and LinkedIn already live and additional channels on the roadmap for 2025, the team is using hands-on feedback from events like these to refine and optimise the tool.

“We’re not just building a product,” said Harjo, “we’re building it in collaboration with the very people who need it most—small, creative teams with limited time and big ambitions.”
