The Academy has a fleet of 5 aircraft, including two two-seater aircraft suitable for one passenger each, two four-seater aircraft suitable for three passengers and an additional four-seater aircraft that can reach up to speeds of 160 knots. The Keilir Aviation Academy’s experienced pilots help with flight training in order to introduce the prospect to new customers.
All of the aircraft at Keilir Aviation Academy have GPS navigation units and clear operational map displays showing the aircraft position in relation to landmarks and terrain. Also, all four-seater aircraft are IFR equipped, providing flight dependability incase of weather disruption during flights. Furthermore, all of the aircraft have excellent visibility for photographic opportunities.
Professional flight training is also offered at the Keilir Aviation Academy, all staff at the academy are experienced airline pilots and professional instructors.
