In one of the few categories where there was a runaway winner, the judge’s comments included “A good example of staff development can be directly linked with their ongoing success” and “ 100% development focused, with vast resources’ dedicated to staff development”.
Earlier this year, Hunterlodge was also awarded the Gold Standard for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, placing them firmly in the top 10 UK agencies for CPD. They are also in the process of readying the agency for assessment for the Investors In People Gold Standard.
