When she funded impact4, Mrs Caukill was determined to create a special kind of training and business development consultancy company: one which specialised in providing development solutions and know-how to all levels in an organisation to meet business needs. At Smooth, we thought she was the likely candidate for a bold and brave brand identity.
Having worked with organisations across all industry sectors for many years, Mrs Caukill recognised that individuals and teams sometimes need practical support to realise their talent and potential to make change and performance improvement happen. So she started impact4 to support everyone with a stake in tomorrow’s performance.
Smooth created a new brand identity that reflected the spirit and determination of impact4 founder. Nicola Caukill comments: “I have worked with Neli Ban and Chris Underwood on a number of projects over the last few years, so I knew Smooth understood what I was trying to achieve with impact4. I am delighted with the result which has already made an impact in the business community.”
