Marilena wins the International Alexandria Song Festival 2009

Local singer Marilena, represented Malta at the Alexandria Song & Music Festival 2009 held in Egypt with her International Malta Hit SC 2009 entry, “Unforgettable” penned by Gerard James Borg to the music by Philip Vella. This can be considered as yet another successful story for this year’s edition of the International Malta Hit Song Contest.
The songwriters Borg are Vella are synonymous to their several Eurovision entries including Malta 2000, 2002, 2004, 2007 and 2008. Read more…
