Prior to the acquisition, Branded had already worked with a number of Loewy operating companies on projects spanning employee engagement, marketing communications through to PR and digital projects.

Charlie Hoult, CEO of Loewy said: “Branded is a hot-shop of super-bright senior strategists with that unusual combination of business brains and branding panache. We’re already seeing tremendous synergies with several of our other businesses and experiencing a great crossover of clients. I’m thrilled to welcome them into the Loewy fold and am sure the acquisition will prove to be a premium growth engine for Loewy while delivering great value to clients.”

Philip Ley, Managing Director at Branded said, “Charlie and Loewy are kindred spirits. We have already experienced many successes together and we are expecting plenty more in the future. We are very excited to be part of the growing Loewy family.”
