How to Attract Men: New Book Reveals Secrets to Dating and Keeping the Right Man

July 31st, 2008 No comments

Naomi Miller, international relationship expert, marriage consultant and author, has searched all 4 corners of the earth, interviewed top experts in the field, and synthesized 12 years of extensive research and counseling expertise to create the ultimate dating, attraction and relationship guide describing what every woman should know about how to find, attract and keep her elusive Mr. Right.

Through her research, Miller realized that many single women don’t have the slightest idea what to do when on the dating scene. Additionally, the common sense and conventional tactics that most women use when interacting with men often prove counterproductive to building lasting relationships.

“We have so many other things in life that we are prepared for,” says Miller, “like schooling, driving tests, etc., but nothing prepares us for what men expect when they are dating women! It can be hard enough to put yourself out there and look for quality men, let alone know what to do to keep that man when they show an interest.”

“The common wisdom that most women use with men often works against them when it comes to building lasting appeal, ” adds Miller. “In reality, what works to trigger attraction and a deep emotional desire for commitment in a man isn’t the common female conception of love and seduction. ”

Lifestyle management firm announces new contract win

July 30th, 2008 No comments

Leeds-based Lifestyle Management & Concierge Services company LMCS has announced a significant contract win with an exclusive Members Club in Glasgow, following a staggeringly-successful first year operating across the UK.

The company, founded by Yorkshire businesswoman Kimberley O’Callaghan, has recently won the deal to service more than 2,000 Members at Club 29 in central Glasgow, following a period of intense negotiations to deliver professional services to a range of premium-level Clients across Scotland from 01 September.

“The new Contract win, to deliver services to Members of Club 29 in Glasgow, represents an outstanding commendation of the level and quality of the offering we provide our Clients. 29 Glasgow are at the top of their game,” commented Kimberley.

“The Club is one of the most prestigious in Scotland with a burgeoning Membership of more than 2,000 after only a year on the market. 29 offers the kind of luxurious surroundings and outstanding facilities usually seen in London, so to win the Contract to provide services to Members there has been a fantastic success for LCMS. It also puts our 2008 Scotland Franchise Programme on a firm platform.

29 Glasgow opened in August 2006, and was the winner of Scotland’s Most Stylish Venue of the Year at the 2006 Scottish Style Awards. The Club has already been host to an array of exclusive and high-profile client events, including a Dinner with Tony Blair recently.

“The ethos of the Club sits very naturally with the style and delivery of our services for Clients at LMCS, so to be working in effective partnership with 29 Glasgow makes fantastic commercial sense,” added Kimberley, who is planning to expand the Team across the North of England and into the Midlands during Autumn 2007.

July 29th, 2008 No comments

The Sage 200 BI release will reinforce Sage 200 Suite’s positions as a leading financial management solution, due to its reporting and analysis capabilities. Sage 200 will have an edge over the competition after the release.

Sage 200 BI release eagerly waited to provide new reporting and analysis capabilitiesBusiness insight – such as provided by Sage 200 BI – is an obvious requirement to all MDs and FDs because only with detailed analysis can businesses make the right decisions at the right time.

“The Sage 200 BI release is a significant step forward in the functionality of the Sage 200 Suite and one that makes the Sage 200 proposition even more desirable than ever before to today’s SMEs.

“It’s what MDs and FDs have been waiting for – a fully integrated Business Solution with the reporting capabilities of the forthcoming Sage 200 BI release – it’s a very exciting advance for everyone who works in the industry and looks set to transform the way many SMEs currently run their businesses,” Rebecca Haines, Marketing Manager of Software specialist DMC Software Solutions comments.

Sage 200 BI will provide historical, current and predictive view of business operations to help make intuitive business decisions. With Sage 200 BI businesses will be able to access live data instantly and the process of copying, pasting and creating formulas will be a thing of the past.

Iceland Express adds Boeing 737 aircraft to scheduled flights

July 28th, 2008 No comments

Two fuel-efficient Boeing 737 aircraft will begin flying for low fares airline Iceland Express from September.

Icelandic budget airline Iceland Express signed an agreement this week which will see the introduction of two Boeing 737-700 aircraft on its scheduled flight service connecting Iceland and 14 European cities.

Iceland Express says the new Boeing planes are more environmentally friendly, economical and reliable than the MD90 aircraft currently in use. The 737 aircraft are expected to use up to 40% less fuel per hour, greatly reducing the airline’s fuel consumption and carbon footprint.

The agreement marks a turning point for Iceland Express, as in the future all planes flying for the company will either be Boeing 737 or 757 models. The airline says this will help improve its ability to maintain its aircraft and train its crew.

Astraeus Airlines, Iceland Express’ associate company, will own and operate the new aircraft that will replace the MD90 aircraft which have been operated for Iceland Express up until now.

Emphasising the importance of the event, Mark Norris, sales director for Boeing in Europe, came to Iceland especially to sign the agreement. CEO Shaun Monney signed on behalf of Astraeus Airlines and CEO Matthias Imsland for Iceland Express.

Iceland Express is Iceland’s only budget airline and connects Iceland with 14 European cities, including London, Berlin and Copenhagen. This year the airline began flights to Warsaw, making it the first airline to operate non-stop scheduled flights from Iceland to Poland and Eastern Europe.

Motorcyclist Escapes 99 Penalty Points

July 27th, 2008 No comments

A motorcyclist faced with 99 penalty points and a lengthy ban has escaped with only 6 points on his licence. Jeremy Nicholson of Kent was looking at numerous charges for speeding and failing to give information to the police as a result of continually riding to work in the morning past the same speed camera in Sittingbourne, Kent.

He was riding a distinctive Buell motorcycle and wearing a Union Jack motorcycle helmet, which made him stand out from the crowd. The offences all occurred between 5 October 2007 and 9 November 2007, at about 5:45 am. Eventually he was caught by the police staking out the camera site one morning.

Mr Nicholson was represented by Motor Defence Team, who managed to convince the prosecuting authorities to only charge for 9 offences. They then agreed to accept a plea to only 1 offence, meaning that he received 6 points, along with a fine of £270.
